KCS — Krystal Clear Service — started with a single specialty: floors. Before founding the company, our owner spent more than 14 years stripping, sealing, and polishing commercial floors across the Bay Area — VCT, concrete, marble, and every kind of natural stone. The kind of work where there's no hiding a shortcut, because the results are literally reflective.

That obsession with visible quality became the foundation for a full commercial cleaning company. Today our crews handle recurring janitorial contracts, deep cleans, post-construction cleanups, windows, carpets, and disinfection for offices, private schools, medical facilities, gyms, churches, and HOA communities across the east bay, tri-valley, downtown san francisco, solano county, sacramento, and the central valley.
