How is a janitorial contract priced?
We do a walkthrough first — square footage, floor types, restroom count, occupancy, and frequency all drive labor hours. Then you get a flat monthly quote. We do not quote sight-unseen, because those numbers always change after the first visit.
Do you require long-term contracts?
Our agreements are month-to-month friendly with a standard notice period. We would rather keep your business by performing than by locking you in.
Can you clean after business hours?
Yes — night and weekend service is our default. Most of our accounts never see the crew, just the results. We coordinate access, alarm, and lock-up procedures during onboarding.
What if something gets missed?
Report it and it is corrected on the next visit at no charge. Supervisors also run scheduled inspections against your scope of work so most issues get caught before you notice them.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Chemicals, equipment, and consumable stocking (paper, liners, soap) are handled by us. Consumables are either included in the contract or billed at cost — your choice.
Do you clean homes or apartments?
