What floor types do you service?
VCT and resilient tile, concrete, marble, granite, terrazzo, travertine and other natural stone, ceramic and porcelain tile, hardwood, and commercial carpet. If it is a commercial floor, we have a program for it.
Why hire a floor specialist instead of letting our janitorial vendor handle it?
Floor work is equipment- and chemistry-specific, and mistakes are expensive — wrong pads scratch stone, wrong chemistry burns finish. Our company was founded on floor care; it is our most experienced crew and our best equipment, not a side offering.
How do you price floor care?
Walkthrough first, flat quote after. Surface type, square footage, condition, and access determine the work; the quote is fixed for the defined scope.
Can floor maintenance be added to our janitorial contract?
Yes, and that is the most cost-effective way to run it — routine scrubbing and periodic burnishing or recoating scheduled automatically, one invoice, no floors falling through the cracks between vendors.
How disruptive is floor restoration work?
Minimally, if planned. We work nights, weekends, and school breaks, phase large areas in sections, and schedule cure times so the building reopens on time.
Our floors were damaged by a previous cleaning company. Can they be fixed?
Usually. Burned finish, hazed stone, and scratched concrete are common repair calls for us. We assess the damage honestly — including the rare case where replacement beats restoration — and quote the fix flat.
